As a part of Roots 2016, we created a Rubik’s Cube mosaic installation of A.P.J Abdul Kalam. The mosaic comprised of 360 cubes, each of which were individually solved to display a unique pattern of colors. Each ‘cubelet’ thus formed a single ‘pixel’ in the entire composition. Here’s a sneak peek into the 6-hour long process.
